Explanations

I – Payments

A – At least 50% of the reservation price must be paid at the time of registration and the balance at least 15 days before the start of the stay. If the payments specified within the aforementioned periods are not made, the reservation made will be canceled and 50% of the trip price will be invoiced to the consumer as withdrawal compensation.

B – The consumer who purchases discounted services is obliged to pay the full service fee (100%) on the date of booking.

C – For special products and services, the balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of the service. Withdrawal compensation is the same as in Article 1A.

II – Cancellation & Transfer

1- Although the company has exercised all due diligence, it may cancel the accommodation due to failure to register the required number of passengers or due to adverse weather conditions, road blockage, terrorism, fog, strike, possibility of war, unforeseeable technical issues and all force majeure events that prevent the start or continuation of the accommodation. In this case, the consumer is not entitled to compensation.

2- A-When the consumer requests cancellation up to 15 days before the start of the service, the full amount paid will be refunded to him.

B-Consumer agrees and undertakes to pay 50% of the accommodation fee if he/she cancels the contract 15-7 days before the start of the service, or the full amount if less than 7 days before the start of the service.

C-In case of cancellation of the discounted service, the consumer agrees and undertakes to pay 50% of the service fee until exactly 7 days before the start of the service and the full service fee after 7 days.

D-In special products, in case of cancellations made up to 60 days before the start of the service, the consumer will be refunded the full amount of the fee paid until that moment. If the consumer cancels the contract 60-31 days before the start of the accommodation, 35% of the trip fee, if he cancels the contract 30-15 days before the start of the accommodation, 65% of the trip fee, if he cancels the contract 14-07 days before the start of the accommodation, 80% of the trip fee, if less than 7 days before the start of the accommodation, he agrees and undertakes to pay the full amount to the Enterprise.

E-The consumer himself/herself or his/her first-degree relatives’ illnesses or deaths that prevent the 10-day habitual occupation of the consumer or his/her first-degree relatives with the official board report to be taken from a full-fledged state hospital and the written submission of the service before the start of the service is an exception to the cancellation and transfer articles.

3- The Consumer may transfer the Service to any person until exactly 7 days before the start of the Service. The transferee is responsible for the balance and all costs arising from the transfer together with the transferor. The consumer is obliged to submit all cancellation and transfer requests in writing to the operator before the start of the service.

4- In the event that the consumer does not notify in writing that he / she will participate in the Accommodation service that he / she missed the start; The business has the right to cancel all reservations and services made on behalf of the consumer after 24 hours. In such cancellations, no refund will be made to the consumer.

5 – When deemed necessary, the enterprise may partially or completely cancel the tours announced or registered before the start of the accommodation service, provided that the Consumer is notified. During the same period or during the service, the company may change the Hotel names, transportation vehicles and their departure locations within the scope of the service. If the consumer does not accept these changes and cancellations for justified reasons, he / she has the right to cancel his / her reservation and receive a refund of the unconsumed service fees.

NOTE Pursuant to the relevant articles of the Tax Procedure Law; your invoice to be issued in return for the purchase of services will be sent on the 8th day following the end of the service. We kindly ask you to take delivery from our facility within 1 week from the day

If the purchased service is an early booking discounted product, II- 2c conditions of the contract apply in case of cancellation and withdrawal.
